User data & account deletion

This page explains how users of click—including those who connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Ads account—can delete their account and the personal data we associate with it. You can complete deletion in the product or, if needed, by email.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your account profile and authentication data
  • Connected integrations, including Meta/Facebook connections established through OAuth
  • Associated usage data tied to your account

Some information may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. For more on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or complete the in-app steps, you can email us instead. Please:

  • Send the message from the email address associated with your click account
  • Use this exact subject line: Account & Data Deletion Request

We will verify your identity and process your request. Send your message to hi@tryclick.ai.

Processing time

  • In-app deletion: immediate upon confirmation in the product.
  • Email requests: we will process verified requests within 30 days.
